ClickShop 2.0 seamlessly connects the car-buying journey from Mitsubishi Motors’ Tier-1 and its dealer partner’s Tier-3 websites directly to the Mitsubishi dealer showrooms, setting a new standard for a streamlined shopping experience.

This innovative solution combines MMNA’s award-winning customer satisfaction through its dealer-partner network with the digital prowess of AutoFi and the financing strength of Santander Consumer USA. The unique collaboration is set to revolutionize how consumers shop for Mitsubishi Motors vehicles and empower dealers to provide the long-desired seamless buying experience. ClickShop 2.0 brings forth transparent choices and significantly shorter sales cycles, benefitting both customers and dealers alike.

Mitsubishi Motors, through ClickShop 2.0, is poised to become the first U.S.-based auto manufacturer to offer a personalized shop-by-payment option on its manufacturer and dealer-partner websites. Leveraging the prequalification capabilities of Santander Consumer USA, this feature allows consumers to view all in-stock vehicles that align with their financing qualifications based on a soft credit-pull. Subsequently, customers can confidently shop for vehicles by payment, selecting a car that suits both their budget and needs. When these pre-qualified customers arrive at the dealership, the AutoFi showroom solution enables the dealer to seamlessly pick up the deal where the consumer left off and collaboratively complete the sale.

Early results of the ClickShop 2.0 solution have been remarkable, with a 70% reduction in the time it takes to purchase a vehicle, offering a significantly enhanced experience for both dealers and customers.
