If you’re struggling to see well on the road at night, it might be time for some new headlights from Heritage Mitsubishi-Morrow’s trusted auto repair shop! While completely blown out lights are an obvious sign, there are some more subtle clues your car will give you that can help you get that change done before you end up driving around in the dark.
Signs You Need New Headlights From Your Mitsubishi Dealer
Poor Visibility in Bad Weather
If your Mitsubishi’s headlights don’t provide sufficient visibility in rain, snow, or fog, it may be time to consider new ones. Adequate illumination is vital in bad weather conditions to ensure safe driving; if you’re struggling, it’s a sign the bulbs are getting dimmer.
When headlights start to lose their brightness, it can significantly impact your nighttime visibility, too. An easy way to tell if the bulbs are dimming is if you feel like you need to use your brights all the time. You should be able to see just fine without them except on the darkest of unlit roads.

Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc. (MMNA) continuously finds inspiration in the narratives of its dedicated customers. Over the past couple of months, MMNA has received heartfelt messages from two proud owners of high-mileage Mitsubishi SUVs, expressing their satisfaction and pride in their vehicles. Let’s meet Amy Butterworth and Letha Grubb, both grandmothers and proud owners of Mitsubishis that have recently surpassed the remarkable milestone of 300,000 miles, steadfastly serving their owners.
Tennessee resident Amy Butterworth has been the proud owner of her 2005 Mitsubishi Outlander since it was brand new. Purchased from Gossett Mitsubishi in Memphis, Tennessee, with just 13 miles on the odometer, Butterworth shared her journey with the Outlander, saying, “I went looking for a new car back then, and I was eyeing a Jeep Wrangler or something. I was just about to finalize the paperwork when I turned around and saw the Mitsubishi sitting there. I said, ‘Wait a minute, what kind of car is that?’ The salesperson told me about it, and I said, ‘Let me test drive that one.’ So, I did and just fell in love with it.”
